New dishes this year include the Ultimate Surf and Turf, made up of a six-ounce filet mignon, a butter-poached Maine lobster tail, and bacon-wrapped sea scallops served with your choice of two sides.
Also new to Lobsterfest this year are the Kung Pao Noodles with Fried Lobster, which includes fried lobster tail with noodles tossed in a soy-ginger sauce with edamame, cabbage, crispy onions, cashews, and green onions. The Bar Harbor Lobster Bake—made of split and roasted petite Maine lobster tails with shrimp, bay scallops, mussels, and fresh tomatoes served over linguini in a garlic and white wine broth—will also be back, among several other fan faves.
