For headlights and fog lights there are many color options to suit your needs including yellow, green, blue, red, and many shades in between. When it comes to customizing your vehicle to your needs, the cheaper DIY route is not always the best option.
A professionally installed transparent vinyl to your headlights, taillights, or fog lights will give you the elegant custom look you are looking to accomplish. Tinted my lights today, but I went a bit overboard and now I think my best option is to start again from scratch. My tail lights ARE still visible, but not as much as I'd like, I don't want coppers pulling me over every 2 seconds because of them, and my parkers are not all that bright.
Was just wondering if anyone has done this before and had to remove it, and what was used. I've read that people suggested using rubbing alcohol to remove it, so I might give that a go.
Anyone got any ideas? Quote from: shanec86 on December 18, , pm. WD40 and elbow grease and a lot of it if you want to save your tail lights. Kero would tho. Solvents are solvents tho, and its going to be messy. I think the WD40 option should be tried first tho. P Peter Brock.
