John preached to the churches of Asia Minor. He was spared an attempt made on his life, and later died of natural causes. Andrew was Peter's brother, and a son of Jonas.
Andrew was a fisherman. He was originally a disciple of John the Baptist. In Mark KJV :. Now as he walked by the sea of Galilee, he saw Simon and Andrew his brother casting a net into the sea: for they were fishers.
