How do clan operations work




















You can find upcoming and in-progress Clan Operations by visiting the Compete section. If you join a Clan that has already enlisted in a Clan Operation, the stats you accumulate after you join the Clan will count. There is no minimum to participate. However, only the scores of up to six Premium members of your Clan will count towards winning Clan Operations.

The overall Clan Operation Leaderboard is not posted until after the Clan Operation has completed and winners have been verified. How will I know when Operations are taking place? You can check when Clan Operations are taking place by visiting the Compete section.

Not only will clans help you play with friends much easier, but there are also some nice bonuses you get for doing so. For those who enjoy that kind of thing, you can also participate in earning Clan XP for even more rewards. Starting a clan is by far the easiest way to get involved with this system. To make your very own clan, the first step is to go into the Call of Duty: Vanguard Social menu, which you can access by hitting either Y or Triangle on your controller.

Here, tab over to the Clan tab and select the Create option. The clan name is limited to 28 characters, and the tag is limited to just 5 characters, so pick your letters and numbers carefully.

You can pick between private, invite-only, request invite to join, or public. Private means no one else can join, invite-only means only people you invite can join, request invite to join allows anyone to ask to join, and public means your clan is open for anyone to join. In the Setup Clan tab, you can customize more details of your clan to make it more clear what type of group you want.

Clans receive various awards for completing tasks. A specific target for a task. To accomplish a task, a clan must complete all its checkpoints. Various clan operations can take place during a Season on the Global Map. Operations are held in Fronts that meet the requirements of maximum vehicle tier and number of players per team. Operations have time limits. To view a list of all current operations on the Global Map, click Clan Tasks.

Each operation includes a number of tasks that clans should complete within a certain period of time. If an operation is ended, all uncompleted tasks are canceled and the clan does not receive awards for them. If the Global Map is frozen, the task is put on hold. The clan can continue to accomplish the task after the Global Map is unfrozen.

The three competitions closet to starting will be displayed. Hovering your cursor over each competition will give you a brief description of what the competition is. Hovering gives you a brief synopsis of the challenge. The description section gives a longer explanation of the challenge.
